• MSc in Occupational Health and Safety Management
• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate
• NEBOSH & IOSH Certificates
• Additional certifications, including CITB Fire Awareness in Construction, SSIP Auditor, and Risk Assessments
• Membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH)

Principal Contractor Expertise: When acting as a Principal Contractor, Joseph Group completes the Construction Phase Plan, health and safety file, and fulfils all duties mandated by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).

 

Mental health: Joseph Group actively promotes mental health awareness and support among our employees, recognizing the importance of mental well-being in the workplace.

 

Additionally, JG sets the minimum required standard for working on-site and ensures that all contractors possess relevant skills, qualifications, and training such as CSCS, IPAF, SMSTS, PASMA, and various licenses.
